In November 2019, Lily was called up to the Blues first team as a number of players were out injured. She mainly played in the right back position and did extremely well against the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea considering she was only 16 years at the time. In total she made 6 appearances in 2019-20. Lily is now part of the first team for 2020-21.
Prior to being in the Birmingham City Academy and RTC, Lily used to play for Wyrley Juniors.
