Sarah is a life-long supporter of Aston Villa men’s team and goes to as many games as possible. She was a mascot for Villa player Juan Pablo Ángel when she was young.
Sarah has so many happy memories of watching her beloved Villa, but favourites include beating Blackburn Rovers 6-4 in the semi-final of the Carling Cup in 2010 followed by all the crowd running on to the pitch at the end. More recent memories in 2019 include Villa winning the Championship Playoff Final against Derby County at Wembley to reclaim their place in the Premier League.
Sarah’s other interests include playing tennis, travelling, socialising and watching other big sporting events. Recent holidays include trips to Portugal, Spain, France and Thailand.
Sarah is studying Sports Science which she hopes to utilise in some form alongside her football career.
